Keto Ahi Tuna salad! What's happening everybody! I am going to walk you through how to make a delicious Keto friendly, Seared Ahi Tuna salad! it was absolutely delicious. if you are not a fan of Tuna, You could always switch out your protein source for whatever it is you like because this recipe is very versatile! let me know if you guys try out this recipe and what you thought! as always thanks for the support and have a fantastic day! Dressing 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons of lime juice or lemon juice 1 tablespoon of sesame oil 4-6 drops of liquid stevia 4 tablespoons of keto friendly oil. Pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder Add all ingredients into blender and blend until it comes together Brush Tuna steaks in a bit of soy sauce lemon juice,and wasabi, let them sit for 10 minutes. Coat Tuna steaks in sesame seeds light and dark or toasted however you prefer. In a very hot skillet with your choice of keto friendly oil, sear the tuna for about 40-60 seconds on each big side and about 30 seconds on edges In a bowl toss your preferred salad mix in the dressing, plate salad and top with tuna. Pour a bit of the left over dressing on top of the fish and enjoy!
